Whether you are already
a dab-hand in the kitchen and just looking for an injection
of new inspiration, or a fumbling culinary novice with two
left wooden spoons ….. We welcome you to The Two Tarts
with open arms.
Our demonstrations are for small groups of eight and we
offer a variety of classes to suit all skill levels and
interests. Whether it's delicious family meal makeovers
or gastronomic dinner parties, you'll gather plenty of ideas,
take home recipes, and have a great time into the bargain.
Who are we, we hear you ask? Just two great friends really
who love to cook, eat, teach, laugh and share. One has a
huge talent in all things culinary, the other is a great
organiser who happens to have a kitchen overlooking the
beautiful Waikato countryside. Put the two together with
YOU in the picture and you have the recipe for a truly great
intimate cooking experience. |

 Fiona
Rosbak wears the chef's hat in this diva
duo and will show you step-by-step how
to prepare several mouth watering dishes
including nibbles, entree, main, sides
and dessert at each class. You will be
sampling all the food prepared, with a
fine glass of vino and taking the recipes
home with you. Now Fiona doesn't like
to brag … but we figure you should
probably know what she has done in her
very un-shady past to make her worthy
of your time and hard-earned cash! Click

 Rona
Woolsey is the Tart you will talk to at
the end of the phone and who will answer
your emails, tell you where to go, what
to do, what time to do it and who to do
it with - all with astounding efficiency!
The cooking demos are all held in Rona's
kitchen and she will be there to greet
you, offer you a wicked cocktail to enjoy
either out on the deck when it's warm
or in front of the fire when things turn
chilly. She will also be Fiona's little
heckler (oops - helper!) during the class.
